How to Make a Return

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

Shipping the Products

The products must be sent back promptly, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.


Upon receiving the returned goods and checking their condition, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard shipping. However, any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.
